About
Katharine Gripp is an author, performer, and nonprofit communications professional. They have an MFA in Creative Writing for Children and Young Adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts, and have been accepted as an Emerging Artist for an upcoming residency at Chateau d'Orquevaux in France. Their short story, "The Forest Looks Out For Her Own", was the recipient of the T.A. Barron Prize for Inspiring Nature Writing. When not writing, Katharine can be found learning new styles of dance or playing music around the San Francisco Bay Area with their band, The Forgetmenauts.
